Wren Writing, LLC (“Wren Writing”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or similar) understands the importance of your privacy and we take our responsibility to protect it seriously. Wren Writing operates a comprehensive software platform of tools for writers and readers under various brand names including Wren Writing Platform™ and Wren Reading Platform ™(individually and collectively the “Services”) that can be accessed from our websites and mobile applications (collectively our “Sites”).

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the types of information we collect from you through your access and use of our Services that are linked to this Policy, of our Sites on which this Policy is published, and when you interact with us or communicate with us about the Services or Sites.

Social Media Networks: When you interact with us through social media, we may receive information from the social network such as your profile information, profile picture, gender, user name, user ID associated with your social media account, age range, language, country, friends list, and any other information you permit the social network to share with third parties. The data we receive is dependent upon your privacy settings with the social network.

Google Drive: Our Services integrate with Google to allow you (and other authors) to upload their content directly from their Google Drive to our Sites for use in conjunction with our Services. In order to accomplish this, we require access to the Google Drive Read Only Scope provided by Google. We will use it to allow you to search for and find the content that you want to upload for use with our Services, and to download the content from our Site to your own systems when you wish (in the meantime we will store a copy of your content in accordance with our Terms of Use). We use a third-party payment processor (currently Stripe) to process payments for our Services. We do not retain any personally identifiable information or any financial information such as credit card numbers associated with any payment transactions. The use of and protection of your payment-related information is governed by the privacy policy of the third-party payment processor, and the policy for our current processor can be viewed at https://stripe.com/us/privacy, (but please check each time you make a payment to verify the identity of the processor and to review their current policy).

Please be aware that no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
